Omar Noriega

Multidisciplinary project coordinator, creative facilitator & community builder

I am a multidisciplinary project coordinator, educator, creative facilitator, and founder of PEP — Pure Énergie Positive, an association based in Yverdon-les-Bains. My work connects sociocultural animation, art workshops, community projects, communication, digital tools, and inclusive spaces for people who often do not fit easily into standard structures.

What I am looking for

  • Community project coordination
  • Cultural mediation
  • Associative project development
  • Educational activities & informal learning
  • Integration & intercultural projects
  • Communication & public engagement
  • Digital support for social/cultural projects
  • Hybrid coordination-creativity-teaching roles
  • Concrete capabilities

    Facilitation & workshops

I design and lead creative, educational, and participatory workshops for mixed audiences. My approach is practical, adaptive, and human-centered, with attention to inclusion, confidence, expression, and group dynamics.

    • Art and creative workshops through PEP
    • Beginner-friendly technology and AI learning sessions
    • 3D printing and creative fabrication sessions
    • Language teaching and university teaching experience
    • Informal learning for adults, families, migrants, and community groups

    Sociocultural & community projects

I create and coordinate spaces where people can meet, participate, express themselves, and build trust through shared activities. I focus on low-pressure environments that reduce isolation and make participation easier.

    • Creative cafés, afterworks, and inclusive gatherings
    • Activities for different ages and backgrounds

    • Building PEP as an association and active creative space
    • Planning events, courses, workshops, and community formats
    • Coordinating communication, visuals, logistics, and partnerships
    • Developing proposals for institutional or municipal collaboration

    • Website content and landing pages
    • Event descriptions and public-facing texts
    • Branding for social, cultural, and creative projects
    • Communication strategies for PEP and related initiatives

    Digital tools & technology

I use technology as a support for human projects, not as an end in itself. I help associations, small projects, and community structures organize, communicate, automate, document, teach, and prototype.

    • PEPTEC — technology-oriented extension of PEP’s ecosystem
    • AI learning initiatives for beginners
    • Booking, communication, automation, and digital workflow tools
    • 3D printing and fabrication for creative learning

Practical experience in live environments brings knowledge of atmosphere, logistics, people flow, improvisation, service, rhythm, and public interaction. This supports the ability to create welcoming spaces and manage real-world logistics.

A multidisciplinary path with a clear direction

My path crosses several fields: education, art, communication, technology, hospitality, project coordination, and community work. At first glance, this may look broad. In practice, the red thread is consistent: I build environments where people can understand, participate, create, and connect.

Whether I am designing a workshop, organizing an event, creating a poster, teaching a concept, building a small digital tool, cooking for a group, or coordinating an association project, the central question is the same:

How can we make participation easier, more human, more creative, and more accessible?

This is the coherence of my work.

    Possible roles & contexts

I am particularly useful in hybrid contexts where a project needs someone who can connect vision and execution: understand the human need, design the activity, prepare the communication, coordinate logistics, facilitate the session, and document or improve the process afterwards.
